The price, before you talk to me.
Nobody explains this part, so most people buy a website without knowing what they are buying. Here is every number I charge.
Free, 15 minutes, no pressure.
The webpage you own, in ten days.
$2,500 one time. The first ten clients.
$3,000 one time. Client eleven onward.
The first ten clients pay $2,500. That is $500 off the $3,000 list price, and it is a public rate, not a negotiation. You get five to six pages, live in 10 business days. After the first ten, the price is $3,000 for three to four pages, live in 5 business days, and the extra pages come off the add-on menu below. Both are one payment. Neither one turns into a monthly bill.
What the $2,500 includes
- Five to six pages: Home, Proof, Pricing, About, Book and Contact, and Work with me. Legal pages are free on top.
- Live in 10 business days, counted from the day your payment clears and your intake is complete.
- Every account in your name: domain, code, hosting, and data.
- A studio where you edit your own text and photos.
- Analytics that report back, with no cookie banner needed.
- A public audit page with the live speed scores. The build targets 90+ PageSpeed.
- Search setup and local schema, so Google can read your business.
- A thank you page, an ownership badge, a mobile call button, and a review collector button.
- Thirty days of care after we go live.
- One language, English or Spanish. Both languages is an add-on below.
Paid in full up front. You are buying a finished asset, not hiring a contractor.
Custom websites and online stores.
Starting at $5,500. Final price scoped on a call.
This is the lane for a store that takes the order, a client portal, an automation, a custom tool, or an integration into something you already run. It starts at $5,500 and the final number gets scoped on the call, because a store with fifty products and a store with five hundred are not the same build. When a real store is what you need, Shopify hands you real numbers out of the box, and I will build it there, in your name.
Half to start, half before launch.
Tell me how the work runs today. If software is not the right answer, I will say so. You bring the idea and the expertise.

Add-ons, and what each one costs.
Flat prices, no ranges, and nothing here gets negotiated. Scope varies and the price does not, so a bigger job is more line items on the same menu, never a haggle. You can add any of these to the build, or later, once you are live.
| Add-on | Price (one time) |

What you own, and what it runs.
The address
Your domain
The house
Your design and code
The land
Your hosting
The keys
Your accounts
The meter
Your data
A website is five pieces: the address, the house, the land, the keys, and the meter. Your domain, your design and code, your hosting, your accounts, and your data. All five go in your name, and I hold guest keys you can take back in a few clicks. After launch the whole thing runs on about $11 a year for your address and $0 a month for the land. Stop paying me tomorrow and nothing shuts off. That is the difference between owning the property and renting a paper house.
Read the owner's guide before you hire anyone, including me.
Money questions, answered straight.
Why is it all up front?
Because you are buying a finished asset, not renting one. The clock starts the day your payment clears and your intake is complete, and it ends on a live site in your name.
Do you discount?
No. The price on this page is the price. If the budget is tight we take scope out, never price, and the founding rate is already the concession.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. About $11 a year for your domain, and $0 a month for hosting, paid by you straight to the registrar and the host.
What happens if I stop paying you tomorrow?
Nothing turns off. The site keeps running. You would just stop having me.
Why is the founding price lower?
The first ten builds prove the ten day line on real work. That is worth $500 to me, so the first ten clients pay $2,500 instead of $3,000.
Ask me anything on this page.
Every number you would be quoted is already up there, so the call is not a pitch. Tell me how the work runs today, and if software is not the right answer I will say so. Fifteen minutes, free, and no commitment on the other side of it. Bring the six questions from the owner's guide and start with me. I will not dodge them.
